Focusing on Business Law, Estate Planning, Probate, and Civil Litigation, Daniel J. Raymer understands the importance of having quality counsel in your corner.

Prior to going to law school, Daniel attended the University of Florida. It was during this time that Daniel truly started to develop his entrepreneurial spirit—competing in several entrepreneurial competitions, and even earning the coveted Judge’s Choice Award at the annual University of Florida’s Innovation Academy Catalyst showcase.

Following his graduation from the University of Florida, Daniel matriculated into Stetson University College of Law. Daniel decided Stetson was the best fit for him because of their reputation of producing top litigators. During his time at Stetson, Daniel earned top marks in Trial Advocacy; Pre-Trial Advocacy; Business Structures; Federal Taxation; and Federal Taxation of Gift, Trusts, and Estates. Additionally, Daniel competed in and won three mock-trial competitions, including the Annual Sign Language Interpreter Legal Training Workshop, where advocates are paired with clients with hearing impairments and tasked with presenting their arguments via court interpreters. Finally, in rounding out his law school experience, Daniel took second place in the inaugural Stetson University College of Law’s Annual Environmental Tax Policy Writing Competition.

After graduating from Stetson, Daniel enrolled in the University of Florida Levin College of Law’s LL.M. in Taxation program, which ranks as one of the country’s best tax programs.

Daniel is married with two children. He and his family are involved locally in baseball, gymnastics, and Boy Scouts. In their free time, Daniel and his family enjoy going to sporting events, tending to their chickens, and traveling.
