Dakotah is a Litigator whose practice focuses on civil litigation, business litigation, property disputes, and personal injury matters. He represents clients in a wide range of contested matters, approaching each case with thoughtful preparation, strategic decision making and effective advocacy.
Dakotah earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, cum laude, from the University of South Florida, St. Petersburg through the Kate Tiedemann School of Business and Finance before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida. While attending law school, he worked as a law clerk, gaining hands-on legal experience and developing strong legal research and writing skills, including drafting and publishing multiple articles. Dakotah was also actively involved in student organizations, serving as Vice President of the Tax Law Society and Florida Bar Liaison for the Business Law Society.
